Discounted scanning prices available only at the time of processing. All scans will be burned onto a CD-ROM. Multiple rolls from the same job will be burned onto the same CD-ROM. If you wish to have scans in sequential order please make the notation on the film bag. i.e. roll number 3 of 10. For large file scans please refer to our scanning services. Additional charges will apply for media costs, color corrections, and clean up work.

Proofing Services
Proof Prints

Negatives: Proof prints from negatives or chromes are available only at the time of processing. All proof prints are printed on professional watermarked paper with a luster finish. Each negative is individually analyzed for density and color then meticulously dust spotted. Old or damaged negatives may incur a cleanup charge.

Digital: Proof prints from digital files are individually corrected for density and color, then printed on professional watermarked paper with a luster finish. To qualify for digital proofing prices you must submit a minimum of 25 files from the same job, i.e. a single wedding, or a portrait session. All submitted files must be presented in the original digital format. RAW files, previously corrected files, or files that are submitted with different orientations will not qualify for proofing discounts.

Other proofing services: Imprinting of file and negative numbering is a standard service. At your request we can also imprint your studio name along with the file information. To ensure accurate color between proofs and final orders we recommend a CD-ROM containing all of our final corrections.
