Photographic restorations is one of our specialties. Utilizing state of the art imaging equipment along with highly trained digital artists we can transform your old aging photograph into a new one guaranteed to last generations. Our process starts with digitizing your original photograph with our high end drum scanner.

Once your photograph is drum scanned we can then simply print copies (as is) on true silver halide photographic paper, or turn the image over to our trained digital artists to begin the restoration process. Our digital artists are among the leading professionals in the industry and will painstakingly work to restore the original quality of your photograph. Q. Is sending my photograph through the mail safe?
A. A large amount of the work we do is with museums and historical societies. Museums exclusively use FedEx, because they are sending artifacts they are responsible for, yet do not own. REGISTERED MAIL and UPS AIR are also very safe transporters, because the packages can be tracked. PROPER PACKAGING - If you are sending photographs, always include at the very least one piece, or better yet two pieces of corrugated cardboard. Even if the photo is mounted on mount board, this will not provide adequate protection. If you are sending anything with glass, you should wrap it horizontally with bubble packing and then another layer vertically. This should then be placed in a box filled with plastic peanuts. This method will offer maximum protection without adding much to the weight. Once again, the absolute safest way to ship your photographs is by FedEx. Don't worry about the extra cost of insurance, they will only pay for the actual cost of the photograph ($10 to $25), not what you claim it is worth to you. Instead, spend your money on the most reliable but more expensive shipping method.

Q. Is my original photograph safe?
A. Yes. We do the entire restoration process on a copy of your original. Additionally your original never leaves the premises. We do 100% of our own restorations to ensure the safety of your original and to provide you with the best possible product.

Q. How long does it take?
A. It varies on your original photograph and the current lab volume. As a general rule we are able to complete most restorations within 10 days.

Q. My drugstore does all my copies for me, why should I send the work to you?
A. Primarily because the drugstore does not do the actual restoration work. It is send out to a main facility where the work is done in mass. You should trust your cherished photographs to a professional in the industry that understands the proper handling procedures for historical photographs.

Q. Can I get a negative of the restoration once it is finished?
A. Although we do not provide negatives we can provide with a CD-ROM containing your final image. From the cd rom you may make as many copies as you like.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. We price projects on the amount of work involved. Without actually seeing the photo it is difficult to estimate the cost. You may submit your photo for a quote by clicking here
